Exome analysis of Tyrosine Kinase Domain of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FLT1) gene in Colorectal Tumors. Homo sapiens

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FLT1) gene has been implicated in many diseases processes including cancer. Here, in this study, we are analyzing the mutational hot spots in its tyrosine kinase domain, to allow better understanding of the most relevant mutations with an aim to impress upon a need for personalized therapy.
