Effect of Cdc50 knockout on gene expression in Candida glabrata

To estiamte the role lipid flippase subunit Cdc50 plays in Candida glabrata, a Δcdc50 null mutant was constructed based on standard strain ATCC2001 (wild type, WT) through homologous recombination. Then, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using data obtained from RNA-seq of WT and Δcdc50 mutant. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ATCC2001 yeasts and its Δcdc50 null mutant.
