Synthetic Multi-eccentric Hartmann–Shack Dataset and MATLAB scripts to generate the synthetic images

This repository contains the synthetic multi-eccentric Hartmann–Shack image datasets used for training and evaluating the proposed wavefront reconstruction methods. It also includes the MATLAB scripts required to generate the synthetic images and reproduce the simulations described in the manuscript. Contents DataSet_llum_10/: Synthetic Hartmann–Shack images generated with a phase modulation of 1.0 rad. DataSet_llum_14/: Synthetic Hartmann–Shack images generated with a phase modulation of 1.4 rad. HS_Generation_Imagenes_DATA.m: Main script used to generate the synthetic Hartmann–Shack images. abe_coef.m: Generation of Zernike coefficients. Reescalar_Info.m: Auxiliary preprocessing function. S_aberrations.m: Aberration generation. zernike_polynomials.m: Zernike polynomial implementation. MATLAB version: R2024a.
