Introduction:The health of post-COVID-19 patients is a major concern these days. People's daily lives areimpaired and their quality of life is compromised as a result of these mild but persistentsymptoms. Traditional Indian medicine has introduced multi-therapy strategies to helpindividuals survive these situations. Methods:Review literature, case studies, and original articles were used to compile information aboutintegrated alternative remedies. The literature review was conducted using technical languagerelated to Coronaviruses and alternative medicines on PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The Indian Clinical Trial Registry (http://ctri.nic.in/Clinicaltrials/) was used to findclinical trials related to ayurvedic herbal medicines. PyRx autodock, PyMoL console, andDiscovery studio visualizer client have been used to run Molecular Dynamic simulations. Results:Traditional Indian systems such as Meditation, Bala, and Pranayama have the potential to helppeople benefit from COVID-19 infection. Natural Ayurvedic medicines helped patients recoverfaster from their symptoms and improve their overall health. The active phytoconstituents ofsuggested herbal medicines have physiological activity against the most specific target sites ofSARS-CoV-2 spike proteins and the ACE2 receptor binding motif, according to MD simulations. Conclusion:Treatment strategies for COVID-19 infected patients must be cost-effective, without side effects, and provide rapid and improved symptomatic recovery.
