RNA-seq analysis of Sorted splenic Tfh cells from NPKLH-immunized Ggps1-icKO and WT mice

Surface protein expression is crucial for the chemotactic migration of follicular helper T (Tfh) cells towards follicles and subsequent functional engagement with B cells, which are essential for effective humoral immunity. In this study, we sorted PSGL1-Ly6C- Tfh cells of NPKLH-immunized Ggps1-icKO, and WT mice. The sorted PSGL1-Ly6C- Tfh cells were subjected to RNA-seq analysis and use Illumina NovaSeq 6000 to explore the transcriptional level of Tfh cell generation in distinct groups.
