This whole genome sequencing will be performed to accompany the experiments undertaken in the study: HG_Understanding the T cell response to biological therapeutic. In this study, three donors have been treated in a co-culture of T cells and macrophages in the presence or absence of anti-TNF-alpha. Single cell RNA sequencing has been performed and data will be analysed. As these samples have been pooled, whole genome sequencing will be undertaken in order to deconvolute samples and work out each of the donors and conditions.
