Transcriptomic analysis of temporal changes in CD169-positive uterine macrophages by RNA sequencing

This study aims to investigate temporal changes in gene expression of uterine macrophage populations during early pregnancy in mice. Macrophages expressing CD169 were isolated from the uterus at non-pregnant and early pregnancy stages and analyzed by RNA sequencing. By comparing transcriptomic profiles across multiple time points, this dataset provides information on how macrophage states change in response to pregnancy progression. These data will be useful for studies of uterine immune regulation and reproductive biology.
