Mixed infection with <i>Colletotrichum</i> species and <i>Alternaria</i><i> </i><i>alternata</i> causes fruit rot on processing tomato fruits

The FASTA and output .tre files were used for phylogenetic analysis to identify the species within the genus <i>Colletotrichum</i> and <i>Alternaria</i>.The analysis was performed by aligning the multi-FASTA format with MAFFT, removing gaps with TrimAl and running phylogenetic analysis with the ‘-f a -x 12345 -p 12345 -# 1000 -m GTRCAT’ option in RAxML.
