Soil acidification caused by N fertilizer application is a common problem in agricultural production, as what happened in the forest-to-banana conversion process. Then, we studied the natural forest and continuous cropping banana plantations for 2,3,7,10,12, and 13 years.Surface soil samples of a soil were collected from the banana planting and primary forest land(Y0) the base in Natong town, Longan County, Nanning City, Guangxi Province, subtropical China , on November 2019. Each treatment had 3 replicates with mix of 12 Sample.
