ScRNA-seq of mouse skull and femur bone marrow

Study aims to investigate the different profiles of Skull bone marrow in 3-month and 6-month old 5xFAD mice and age matched wild type littermates. The 5xFAD mouse model is one of multiple models for Alzheimer's disease. There is evidence that the skull bone marrow is activated or contributes to a pro inflammatory state in AD affected brains.
