Primary FACS files from the upcoming paper "Signatures and Specificity of Tissue-resident Lymphocytes Identified in Human Renal Peri-tumor and Tumor Tissue", Dornieden et. al., 2021, JASN.
The data consists of raw fcs files generated on a BD LSRFortessa X-20, sorted into folders referring the respective antibody staining panels: antigen specific stimulation + tetramers, NK functional, PMA-Iono, TOX, Treg and TRM + MAIT.
