Expression data of C. elegans JK1466 strain treated with tryptophan-derived betaxanthins

Effects of tryptophan derived-betaxanthins in C. elegans Jk1466 strain gene expression is studied. Microarrays were used to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying the lifespan extension and identified distinct classes of up/down-regulated genes in animal treated with tryptophan-derived betaxanthins C. elegans young adults treated with tryptophan-derived betaxanthins from L1 stage were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarray chips.
