Taxonomic and molecular systematics of Bambusa

Bambusa have high economic value, ornamental value and application prospect,but because of the specialty of the growth and development regularity, atpresent there are big differences in terms of morphological classification.How to use new technology to accurately identify the genetic differences andtesting of the genetic relationships seems particularly urgent. In this study,we will compare different candidate DNA barcodes from Bambusa nationwide,study on the distribution, morphological classification and classificationbased on the DNA Sequence analysis of Bambusa,the Correlation of themorphological and molecular classification will be an analyzed.
