The goal of this study is to compare gene expression differences between induced brain microvascular endothelial cells from cerebral childhood adrenoleukodystrophy patients and wild-type controls iPSCs from three clinically confirmed cases of cerebral childhood adrenoleukodystrophy and three wild-type controls were directed to differentiate into brain microvascular endothelial cells, three replicates were sequenced for each cell line
