Evolved M13 and Escherichia coli Raw sequence reads. Escherichia coli

These reads are from 5 evolved populations that were part of a larger study on the coevolution of the filamentous phage M13 and E. coli. These 5 populations were initially infected with the phage and serially transferred for 20 passages, after which phage production had ceased. Sequencing was performed to test for any remaining phage DNA within cells (potentially including integration into the E. coli genome).
