Active NPDES construction NPDES permits where permits that contain provisions similar to Big Darby or Olentangy River watershed permits are identified. Not all permits are included in this dataset. Excluded from this dataset are permits with no coordinates or where the coordinate error placed the site outside of Ohio or beyond nearby areas of surrounding states. 本数据集收录处于生效状态的国家污染物排放消除系统（National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, NPDES）施工类许可证，并筛选出其中条款与大达比河（Big Darby）或奥伦坦吉河（Olentangy River）流域许可证相近的许可证。并非所有此类许可证均被纳入本数据集：未被收录的许可证包括未附带坐标信息的许可证，以及因坐标误差导致点位位于俄亥俄州（Ohio）境外或超出周边州邻近区域范围的许可证。本数据集由俄亥俄州环境保护局（Ohio EPA）施工暴雨管理项目（Construction Stormwater Program）编制。
