The aqua_chl.rar is Chla satellite remote sensing data. The Cempaka.txt is the Typhoon Cempaka data obtained fron CMA. The Lupit.txt is the Typhoon Lupit data obtained fron CMA. The PRE_mod.mat is the model outputs. The diagnose_budget.rar is diagnostic output from the model. The salinity.mat file contains both the measured and simulated salinity data.
