Additional file 1. Raw data generated by qPCR and dPCR. Ct values of 3 individual qPCR and dPCR runs respectively are shown for clinical samples and cell lines. A plasmid standard dilution series was done for qPCR only and the respective Ct values are shown. Calculated mean values, standard deviations and variation of coefficient are shown for both qPCR and dPCR.
