Transcriptional profile of RasV12 expressing cells shows an upregulation of RTK signalling genes and a downregulation in genes involved in DNA sintesis and DNA damage response. mRNA expression profiles of GFP-i and RasV12 expressing drosophila wing imaginal cells. Transgenes where expressed for 3 days at 29ºC under the control of the Ap>Gal4 driver. Cells where labelled by the expression of myristolated Tomate and FACS sorted based on this expression.
