From 2019 to 2020, at the Luancheng Agricultural Ecosystem Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (37 ° 53 ′ N, 114 ° 41 ′ E, 54 m above sea level), 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after wheat flowering, NIL1 and NIL7 were sampled from the middle of the main spike (NIL1 was replaced by A32, NIL7 was replaced by B36), and 20 grains were sampled from each spike, with 3 replicates for each sample. The samples were quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen, and then sent to Shanghai Meiji Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. to build a cDNA library, and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 ultra-high throughput sequencer using double-terminal sequencing technology.
