面向有机固废热解过程中含硫污染物生成超标的问题展开研究,旨在构建基于气固反应强化的热解焦原位固硫方案。研究通过开展不同热解温度、升温速率和氧化钙掺比下的有机固废热解实验,获取硫元素在热解三态产物中分布随工况条件变化的规律,进而明确不同工况条件下热解焦原位固硫率,并利用厨余垃圾制备高效硫化氢吸附活性炭,进一步降低热解烟气中含硫臭气。主要包括固体废弃物热解产物硫分布随热解温度、升温速率和氧化钙掺比变化的实验数据,活性炭吸附性能及理化性质表征等相关数据。数据量为~14.7M

This study targets the over-standard generation of sulfur-containing pollutants during organic solid waste pyrolysis, aiming to establish an in-situ sulfur fixation scheme using pyrolysis char enhanced by gas-solid reactions. Through pyrolysis experiments of organic solid waste under varying pyrolysis temperatures, heating rates and calcium oxide doping ratios, the law of sulfur element distribution in the three-phase pyrolysis products with changes in operating conditions was obtained. Subsequently, the in-situ sulfur fixation rate of pyrolysis char under different operating conditions was determined. Additionally, high-efficiency hydrogen sulfide adsorption activated carbon was prepared from kitchen waste to further reduce sulfur-containing malodorous gases in pyrolysis flue gas. The dataset mainly includes experimental data on sulfur distribution in solid waste pyrolysis products under varying pyrolysis temperatures, heating rates and calcium oxide doping ratios, as well as relevant data on the adsorption performance and physicochemical property characterization of activated carbon. The total data volume is approximately 14.7 MB.
