The dataset employed in this study is constructed by combining high‑fidelity numerical simulations based on the Coupled Eulerian–Lagrangian (CEL) method with physical underwater explosion tests on stiffened plate structures. A total of 192 test cases are generated, covering three distinct damage modes: large plastic deformation, small plastic deformation, and crack occurrence. After screening according to the proposed damage mechanics criteria, 132 cases corresponding to the large plastic deformation damage mode are retained, each providing the complete time‑series of the central deflection of the stiffened plate. The input parameters include charge mass (Q), stand‑off distance (R), plate thickness (H), and beam height (Hd). This dataset captures the nonlinear, transient response characteristics of stiffened plates under near‑field underwater explosion loading and serves as the basis for training and validating the proposed conditional time‑series generation model.
