Mus musculus whole exome sequencing

Whole exome sequencing (WES) of mouse liver tumor, adjacent non-tumorous tissues, spleens and tails from Arid1a liver-specific knockout mice (Arid1a LKO). The tumors and adjacent non-tumorous tissues had an average sequencing depth of over 230 x, while the control spleens and tails had an average depth of over 50 x. The samples included a group induced with aristolochic acid I (3 times at a concentration of 5mg/kg since 14 days old, numbered "SH", 4~8-mouths-old mice), a PBS control group (numbered "A", 12~14-mouths-old mice), and a DEN (diethylnitrosamine) induced group (1 times 5mg/kg at 14 days, numbered "SD", 8-months-old mice). The DNA libraries were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq platform to generate 140 bp paired-end reads (Novogene, Beijing, China).
