Targeting Pim2 Improves Antitumor Immunity through Promoting Effector Function and Persistence of CD8 T cells

CD8 T cells from spleen and tumor-draining lympho nodes (TDLNs) from mice bearing B16 tumor were purified using CD8 TIL beads followed by flow sorting of live CD8+ cells and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq). The libraries were generated using Chromium Single Cell 3 v.2 and sequenced using the NextSeq 500 System (Illumina) to a depth of about 300 million reads per library with 2 X 50 read length.
