we used bioinformatics technology to explore the prognostic efficacy of SERPINA1 gene in breast cancer patients. Subsequently, cell lines with different expression of SERPINA1 gene were constructed through a series of cell biological technologies, including gene editing, cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis experiments and transcriptome sequencing, in order to further explore its impact on the biological behavior of breast cancer cell lines. Finally, the expression of SERPINA1 in breast tumor tissues of patients undergoing surgery in our hospital was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the number of foxp3+ Treg cells in tumor tissues was counted to evaluate the regulatory effect of SERPINA1 gene on tumor microenvironment.
