Dataset for a study on the direction of effects between mothers' gender essentialist beliefs and fathers' involvement

This record includes a dataset and its codebook. Data were collected from Belgian parents of adolescents. It includes 3 waves of assessement focusing on mothers' gender essentialist beliefs, maternal gatekeeping, and fathers' parental involvement. The data file is on a wide format as each line corresponds to a family over the 3 assessment points.
