To decipher the possible molecular mechanisms of TaHsfA6f function in plant stress responses, the genes with altered expression levels were identified in the transgenic plants using the RNA-seq approach. A total of 226 and 448 genes were found to be up-regulated and down-regulated (fold change >2, FDR <0.001), respectively, in the transgenic plants compared with WT.
