Data on avoidance, tolerance and associations

These are the datasets and code for Martorell et al. 2025 Trade-offs between extreme-temperature tolerance, avoidance and facilitation in tropical alpine plants, published in Alpine Ecology. Please see that article and appendices for details in the methods. A description of the data files is found in the readme.txt file. The code for the analyses in R is also provided.
