Single-cell pediatric PBMC and CD4+ T cell reference atlases

This dataset integrates single-cell RNA sequencing data of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from eight different studies, collected from healthy children from birth through age 16 years. The data is formatted as a Seurat object that has been normalized, scaled, and integrated with Harmony. The cells were clustered at resolution 0.1 resulting in 12 clusters that were annotated using differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and canonical markers. The CD4 atlas is a subset of CD4+ T cells isolated from the PBMC reference. Cells were integrated with RPCA and clustered at resolution 0.25 resulting in seven CD4+ T cell clusters. Clusters were annotated with DEGs and canonical T cell markers.
