Original fastq files for Tokyo Skytree air, reference samples and controls. Partial 16S rRNA gene sequences, spanning the V3 and V4 regions, were amplified using the primers Bakt_341F (5´ CCTACGGGNGGCWGCAG 3´) and Bakt_805R (5´ GACTACHVGGGTATCTAATCC 3´), with Illumina overhang adaptor sequences attached to their 5′ ends, by KAPA HiFi HotStart ReadyMix (KAPA Biosystems, MA, USA).
