资源简介:
The reophilic fish Prochilodus magdalenae is the main species of commercial importance in Colombia, its diet is detrimental and is present in different basins, although there are several signs of a decrease in catches and sizes, reason used to support its declaration as a vulnerable species, as well same, the decrease in public genomic data available for P. magdalenae is limited. Given the above, the information obtained from the gonadal transcriptome of this species will allow obtaining molecular biomarkers for the evaluation and effect of environmental pollutants as endocrine digesters on P. magdalenae. On the other hand, the genomic resources for P. magdalenae will be enriched and will benefit future research in the evolutionary and biological processes of this and other related species of Prochilodus.
