At the first online publication, there were missing equations and text from the Galloway et al. 2015 PlosOne paper: http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0129723 The missing 200 words and 2 equations have since been added to the main file (on 10-July-2015). The doi and link to the article at PLoSONE will now bring you to the corrected file. This addendum is therefore now irrelevant for people who downloaded the ms after 10-July. I have replaced the missing text excerpt originally posted here with a pdf of the corrected final manuscript.
