We generated hMSCs with constitutive activation of endogenous NRF2 via targeted gene editing. CNV analyses were compared between NRF2 wildtype and AG/AG hMSCs with or without multi-hits system for human cell oncogenic transformation. The result showed that sustained NRF2 activity help safeguard genome stability of hMSCs against oncogenic insults.
