Postnatal 3 (days), mouse brain cortices were dissected to isolate Mouse Primary Astrocytes (MPAs) and were infected with Zika virus (MOI = 2) for 24 hours, and then the transcriptome was studied after RNA-Sequencing, compared to Mock control, to investigate the alteration or dysregulation of astrocytic genes upon Zika virus infection.
