geneme wide sequencing of Vitis sp. (PRJCA016655)

40 Vitis accessions were re-sequenced, including 3 Vitis californica species and 37 V. vinifera species. The Vinifera species include subsp. vinifers and subsp. sylvestris that distributed in Europe and Middle East. These re-sequence data were used to detect introgression from wild grapes to domesticated grapes, understand grape evolution, domestication at genetic level, and help for further improving agronomic characters.
