RNA-Seq of TP53-mutant head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ROC-1 xenografts treated with Vehicle and Everolimus

These uploaded datasets contain RNA-sequencing data generated from TP53-mutant head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) ROC-1 syngeneic graft tumors treated with vehicle control or the mTOR inhibitor everolimus. The primary purpose of this study is to perform an exploratory analysis of transcriptional and tumor microenvironmental changes associated with mTOR inhibition in a TP53-mutant “cold” tumor microenvironment. This analysis aims to identify molecular pathways, immune-related signatures, and biological processes that may contribute to therapeutic response to mTOR-targeted therapy.
