Reviewing protocol of SLR on Antecedents of Expatriates Going Abroad

This is a review protocol outlining the steps of a systematic literature review on the antecedents influencing the decision of assignment self-initiated expatriates to go abroad. The review included academic literature, and the collection and analysis of data took place from May to August 2024.
