Scripts included- 1_environmental_overview: aims to provide an overview of environmental data (uses environmental_df to produces Figs. 1 and S1)- 2_flux_overview: aims to provide an overview of ecosystem functional properties (uses fluxes_df to produce Figs. 2, 3, S2, S4 and information for Tables S1-S2, fluxes_treateffs_df to produce Fig. S4, and ET_df to produce Fig S8)- 3_RF_SHAP_analyses: aims to establish drivers of ecosystem functional properties (uses drivers_df to produce Figs. 4 and S5-7)- 4_effect_attribution: aims to attribute treatment effects on ecosystem functional properties to drivers (uses drivers_df to produce Figs. 5 and S9)

Datasets included (Subfolder "Datasets")- environmental_df: contains environmental and canopy parameters over two growing seasons- fluxes_df: contains ecosystem functional properties over two growing seasons- fluxes_treateffs_df: similar to fluxes_df, but with drought effects calculated separately in each climate- ET_df: contains evapotranspiration data- drivers_df: contains ecosystem functional properties in wide format, with accompanying environmental and canopy parameters- importances_100bootstraps_df: included to allow users to skip the computationally intensive analysis step in 3_RF_SHAP_analyses- SHAPvalues_100bootstraps_df: included to allow users to skip the computationally intensive analysis step in 3_RF_SHAP_analyses
