Pan-transcriptome analysis of pine wilt disease resistant- and susceptible- Pinus species

Pan-transcriptome analysis using PWD-susceptible (Pinus densiflora, Pinus koraiensis, Pinus thunbergii) and -resistant (Pinus parviflora, Pinus strobus, Pinus rigida x Pinus taeda) Pinus species was conducted. The same aged six samplings of each of the six Pinus species were used for PWN inoculation experiment. The cambium tissues were collected from three biological replicates of each of the six Pinus species at 0, 2, and 4 weeks post-inoculation of PWN to construct RNA-Seq libraries.
