Bacterial genomes of the Baby Biome Study

This repository contains the bacterial genomes (N=1,249) of three neonatal gut microbiota community state driver species (B. longum, B. breve, E. faecalis) derived from the Baby Biome Study participants and analyzed in the manuscript “Primary succession of Bifidobacteria drives pathogen resistance in neonatal microbiota assembly.”
