Time-lapse microscopy quantification used in Nałęcz-Jawecki et al. Quantifying cancer- and drug-induced changes in Shannon information capacity of RTK signaling

This data was used in the following paper: Paweł Nałęcz-Jawecki, Lee Roth, Frederic Grabowski, Sunnie Li, Marek Kochańczyk, Lukasz J. Bugaj, Tomasz LipniackiQuantifying cancer- and drug-induced changes in Shannon information capacity of RTK signaling The package contains single-cell time-tracks of fluorescence in three channel (H2B, OptoFGFR, ERK KTR) in response to pulsatile OptoFGFR stimulation according to a specific protocol. The data was used to compute rate of information transmittion through RTK/ERK and RTK/calcineurin pathways in the STE-1 and BEAS-2B cell lines, in the presence or absence of ALK inhibitor, crizotinib.
