AgingBank

AgingBank is a manually curated comprehensive database and high-throughput analysis platform that provided experimentally supported multi-omics data relevant to aging in multiple species. AgingBank contains 3,771 experimentally verified aging related multi-omics entries from studies across more than 50 model organisms. The records include genome, transcriptome and epigenome and other modification and regulation elements. In addition, AgingBank is also a big-data computational platform containing five useful tools, nearly 112 high-throughput experiments and 8,616 cancer samples of genes, miRNAs, lncRNAs, circRNAs and methylation sites related with aging.AgingBank是一款经人工整理注释的综合性数据库与高通量分析平台，可提供多个物种中与衰老相关的经实验验证的多组学数据。该数据库收录了来自50余种模式生物的相关研究中的3771条经实验验证的衰老相关多组学条目，涵盖基因组、转录组、表观基因组及其他修饰与调控元件。此外，AgingBank同时也是一款大数据计算平台，集成了5款实用工具、近112组高通量实验数据，以及8616例与衰老相关的基因、microRNA（miRNA）、长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）、环状RNA（circRNA）及甲基化位点相关的癌症样本。
