Age- and reproductive rejuvanation-related single-nuclei transcriptomics of Daphnia magna. Daphnia magna strain:GB-EL75-69

Daphnia magna whole body single-nuclei RNAseq experiment with 4 replicates each of "young" (20-25 days old) and "old" (70-135 days old) females, each sample consisting of combined 9-15 individual. Among the 4 old samples, two represent reproductively senescent individuals and two - reproductively "rejuvenated" (Dua et al. 2024) ones. All individuals sampled with 24 hours of egg-laying or moult.
