Analysis code and derived data for: Discordant Ranking of Contact Force and Friction Moment across Activities of Daily Living — A Reanalysis of Instrumented Hip Implant Data
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the analysis code and derived data for a reanalysis of instrumented hip implant measurements testing whether the ranking of peak contact force across activities of daily living agrees with the ranking of peak friction moment. THE RAW DATA ARE NOT INCLUDED The in vivo load recordings analysed here were obtained from the OrthoLoad public database (Hip Joint III standardised loads, https://orthoload.com/database/, downloaded 4 August 2026; Bergmann G. and Damm P., Julius Wolff Institute, 2008, http://www.OrthoLoad.com). The OrthoLoad terms of use do not permit providing access to OrthoLoad data files from another database. The raw archive and the raw waveform time series are therefore excluded from this deposit. Step 1 of docs/REPRODUCE.md gives the retrieval procedure; every reported value can be regenerated from the original download using the code included here. CONTENTS code/ — parser, metric, testing and figure scripts (20 files) with an index of file hashes and supersession relationsderived/ — per-trial derived metrics and statistical output as CSV (16 tables)figures/ — the five manuscript figures (PNG 300 dpi and PDF)docs/METHODS.md — the eleven analysis stages: question, input, procedure, parameters, assumptions and rationale for eachdocs/DECISIONS.md — the judgements revised during the analysis and the evidence that forced each revisiondocs/RESULTS.md — every reported value mapped to its source run and its location in the manuscriptdocs/REPRODUCE.md — the twelve-step execution order with expected output and verification for each stepenvironment.txt, MANIFEST.sha256 IMPORT VERIFICATION After ingestion, the peak values of the standardised loads were compared activity by activity with the values published by Bergmann et al. (2016). The mean absolute deviation was 0.0% for contact force and 0.2% for friction moment. LICENSING Code is released under the MIT licence; derived data, figures and documentation under CC BY 4.0.
