In this repository, we store the schema (serialized as LinkML templates) for reproducing the experiments presented in Cavalleri E. et al. Schema-Driven Structured Information Extraction from Biomedical Literature via Large Language Models. Proc. of the ACM Knowledge and Information Management Conf. (CIKM) 2026 (To appear). Each benchmark folder contains: the LinkML schema used by SchemaLink IE Engine; the OntoGPT/SPIRES template(s); and the GoLLIE dataclass template. DDI and RNA100 use two SPIRES templates (entity + relation).
