This dataset contains shear wave splitting measurements of teleseismic S, ScS, SKS and SKKS phases recorded by the Alaska broadband seismic network. It includes events from March 2004 to January 2020 with magnitudes (Mw) > 5.5 and focal depths > 200 km, covering a backazimuthal range of 90°–300° around Alaska. The shear wave splitting analysis was conducted using the SplitLab software, available from Wüstefeld et al. (2008). These measurements accompany the paper titled 'Analysis of Shear Wave Splitting Patterns in Alaska: Evidence for Strong Intra-slab Anisotropy', yet to be published in Geophysical Research Letters (GRL).
