Sac/Val in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

The present data provide evidence for the treatment of DCM by Sac/Val in a rat model. By comparing the differences in protein expression of p38, phos-p38, Col Ⅰ and Col Ⅲ in myocardial tissues of rats in each group, we report the effect of Sac/Val in alleviating cardiac remodelling in DCM rats.本数据集提供了沙库巴曲缬沙坦（Sac/Val）干预扩张型心肌病（Dilated Cardiomyopathy, DCM）大鼠模型的实验依据。本研究通过对比各组大鼠心肌组织中p38、磷酸化p38（phos-p38）、Ⅰ型胶原（Col Ⅰ）及Ⅲ型胶原（Col Ⅲ）的蛋白表达差异，阐明了Sac/Val对扩张型心肌病大鼠心脏重构的缓解作用。
