Next Generation Sequencing Based RNAseq Analysis of lri12 (-/-) mutant zebrafish larvae at 5 dpf

Gene expression profiles in lri12 mutant zebrafish larvae at 5 dpf based on RNAseq data. This dataset was also used to clone the mutation. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from homozygous lri12 mutant and their clutch-mate wild-type larvae at 5 dpf. Gene expression differences between wild-type and lri12 mutant larvae were determined based on RNAseq data.
