Drosophila ananassae ChIP-Seq. Drosophila ananassae strain:14024-0371.13

The Drosophila ananassae Muller F element is substantially larger (> 18.7 Mb) than the D. melanogaster F element (~5.2 Mb; also known as the dot chromosome). This study examines whether the expansion of the D. ananassae F element would lead to changes in the epigenomic landscape compared to the D. melanogaster F element. The D. ananassae ChIP-Seq data for the histone modifications H3K4me2, H3K9me2, and H3K27me3 were produced as part of this study.
