Because zika virus is sexually transmitted, with sought to investigate how ZIKV infection affect the transcriptome of sertoli cells, which are nurse cells Overall design: Sertoli cells were either mock-inoculated or inoculated with Zika virus. Samples were collected at 48 hpi, all samples are in triplicates. RNAseq libraries were constructed according to recommendations of Illumina.
